Order Samples

Samples to help you compare finishes

Samples are a simple way to check how different materials will look beside your vanity, basin, tiles and tapware before you make your final choice. For a bathroom project, they can help you compare timber tones, stone colours and the overall palette in your own light.

  • Timber samples — Timber can shift in appearance depending on the surrounding finishes and natural light. A sample lets you see the grain, colour and texture up close before choosing the timber for your vanity or bathroom furniture.
  • Stone samples — Stone Ambassador’s Pearl White is the standard stone top for Bombora vanities, chosen for its fresh white tone and classic look. If you want a different style, you can also choose from the full Stone Ambassador range. Additional pricing may apply for different colours.

Samples are available for a delivery cost of $14.95, making it easy to compare finishes before locking in the details of your concrete basin and timber vanity.

How your concrete basin order works

Ordering a concrete basin is a simple process, especially once you know the style, colour and size that will work with your vanity. Bombora helps you choose a Mayde concrete basin that suits your bathroom layout, timber vanity and daily needs

  • Step 1: Choose your basin style

Start by browsing the available concrete basin range and choosing the shape, size and profile that best suits your bathroom vanity. Think about the space you have, how the basin will sit on the vanity and how it will work with your tapware, mirror, stone top and overall bathroom style.

  • Step 2: Select your concrete colour

Mayde concrete basins are available in a wide range of colours, from soft whites and greys to bolder tones like blush and sage. Your basin colour can blend gently with your timber vanity or become a feature in the room. This is a great point to compare your basin colour with timber samples, tiles and other finishes.

  • Step 3: Check your waste requirements

All Mayde concrete bathroom basins suit a standard 32mm waste and do not include an overflow. If your project has specific waste requirements, it is best to check these details before placing your order. This helps avoid delays and makes installation easier for your trades.

  • Step 4: Confirm your order

Once you have chosen your basin and colour, Bombora can help confirm the order details. This includes checking the selected basin, colour, delivery location and any project notes that need to be considered. It is also a good time to make sure the basin works with your vanity size and bathroom plans.

  • Step 5: Delivery to your door

Concrete basins are shipped Australia-wide direct from the maker. Delivery is included for orders in Victoria, with a $40 delivery fee for other Australian states. Shipping directly helps keep the process efficient and reduces extra handling before your basin reaches you.

  • Step 6: Install and maintain your basin

Your concrete basin sink will arrive sealed and ready for installation. To keep it looking its best, wipe away everyday bathroom products after use and follow the recommended waxing schedule every 3 to 4 months.

Mayde Concrete recommend adding wax to your regular cleaning schedule to add protection to the sealer and help maintain the natural beauty of your new bathroom basin.
