If you have your heart set on an undermount basin, we recommend you also go with a stone topped vanity. Moisture can seep in between the area where a timber topped surface meets the basin, which can cause damage over time. Stone provides a worry free, moisture safe, long lasting and easy to clean surface for areas of high use! We love to use options from the Stone Ambassador range. Iluka Vanity - Cupboards (& Drawers)
An undermount basin essentially sits inside a vanity, meaning there is no way you can have a functional drawer directly underneath. To solve this issue, we can configure the vanity to have cupboards instead of drawers located directly underneath or a fixed panel to achieve a similar look to a drawer. Drawers are of course fine to have in the lower part of the vanity.
