Bombora Custom Furniture Workshop

Bombora Custom Furniture has been blessed with an amazing location for the workshop in the beautiful rolling hills of Torquay on the Victorian Surfcoast. With an amazing view and great fellow craftsmen to work alongside, Luke is never short of inspiration.

After a slow start due to wet ground and what seemed like never ending rain, the slab finally got laid in late winter 2012.

And up goes the frame! Luke was getting a little edgy for it all to get done and move ASAP away from the very cramped and dark temporary workshop.

Organised chaos with everything its place.

To make the workshop a little more like home, Luke constructed this beautiful Japanese inspired gate to frame the entrance and welcome visitors.

The sign is up making the ‘shed’ officially the home of Bombora Custom Furniture.

Luke is very happy to have potential clients come and visit the workshop at 55B Ashmore Road in Torquay to see what he is working one and to chat about your piece.  As the workshop is surrounded by other workshops with heavy machinery, we insist that for safety reasons, visits are by appointment only.
